Founder, President and Chief Executive OfficerSteve is a 18-year sales and marketing veteran of the outsourced call center, information technology, and business services world. He is responsible for all aspects of revenue generation, financing, financial management, partner and channel development, and client acquisition. Recently, Steve helped various call-center outsourcing and IT firms wishing to establish a presence in Africa. Prior to this, Steve worked for Allconnect, Inc., an Atlanta-based call center start-up, as Vice President of New Market Development where he helped grow revenues from $250,000 in 1999 to $40 million in 2004 and was responsible for developing key aspects of the current business model for Allconnect. He brings with him a host of business experience including P&L, multi-million dollar sales and contract negotiations, business development, management, call center operations, product development, and general outsourced call center marketing experience. Steve's industry expertise covers all aspects of the communications, utility, energy, satellite, e-commerce and consumer products and services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Marketing and Public Relations (1990) from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington.

Dave Boskee
Executive Vice President of Operations and Client ServicesDave has 24 years of leadership experience in the call center industry. His call center operations background has enabled him to build world-class organizations delivering outsourced customer care, telesales, telemarketing and technical support services in multiple languages to consumers and businesses via the telephone, email, chat and other communication channels. With a focus on customer satisfaction Dave has helped AGS to deliver world-class service to our clients and their customers. Previously Dave was a Sr. Director of Global Customer Service Operations for Captaris where he increased revenues from $27M to $37M in one year, Vice President of Customer Service Operations for OTG and prior to that was one of the “original 5” that started StorageNetworks and helped them grow from a $20K company in 1998 and to a very successful IPO and a $1B market cap in 2000.

Brown Russell
General Counsel & AdvisorBrown has more than 24 years of start up business, finance and management experience. He is co-founder, Chairman and CEO of the Terra Vendis Group, which owns Terra Vendis Realty and Terra Vendis Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona. Previously, Brown was Chairman of the Board for Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. (NASDAQ MTXX), a pharmaceutical company in the marketing, distribution and sales of neutraceuticals. While with Maxtrixx, Brown was active in the financial turnaround, restructuring and financing of the company’s successful IPO. Prior to Matrixx, he was Chairman and CEO of Gel Tech Holdings, a medical joint venture which develops, markets and distributes the popular Ziacam Cold remedy product now commonly used to help eliminate the common cold. Brown is also an Honorary Professor of Philosophy at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. His role with AGS consists in providing financial oversight and management, as well as providing advice and services related to capital structure, finance, corporate identity, corporate strategy and legal matters.

Raymond Mueller
Vice President of Information TechnologyRay is a 17-year veteran in Information Technology. He has created a forward-looking strategy for AGS to take advantage of new technologies and systems focusing on agent effectiveness and Ashesi Global's success in the marketplace. Our IT strategy will enable AGS to deliver world-class service levels and paramount services to its global customers. Most recently, Ray was Director of Global Operations and Director of Technology at TeleTech Holdings, Inc. of Englewood, Colorado, the #3 global teleservice outsourcing firm in the world. Ray’s experience at TeleTech includes the development and support for inbound/outbound channel management, email, live chat, Internet, eCommerce, IVR, customer care and acquisition, customer retention and support programs. Just prior to joining Ashesi Global, Ray started and ran a very successful IT consulting firm for both the outsourced customer care and telesales and support industry.
